I'm not sure if the circuitry in the adapter itself limits the amperage, or if the battery does. I can't seem to find any information confirming a max amps out. I was wondering if anyone has tried to run some kind of 12v appliance off of that plug connector, or if anyone could link me to some kind of documentation about the supported maximum amp output. I know the M18 power source has a 12v (5.5 mm x 2.1 mm) barrel plug that is intended for the Milwaukee heated gear. I don't THINK it's likely they'd have the actual tool itself, so I decided to post here, where the user pool is significantly larger than my previous post.
